Emails saying I have outstanding actions, yet I can't find them?

If you receive an email stating that you have "Outstanding action required on your check(s)".


This email is sent when a customer pays for a check and registers an account and the check has not been taken through to completion.


However, if there were issues on account registration - for example you put in a different email address at checkout to the email address you registered an account with - you may still receive this email for 3 consecutive days.
