I paid using a different email account?

I paid with a diffrent email account to the one I registred a Worker Checks account ?


Just click the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen or email [email protected] and let us know.  We can rectify for you and send a new invite to account you established a Worker Checks Account with ;-)


Our system will associate the check "token"with the email address provided at checkout.  If another email address is used to establish an account - the system will not recognise any payment - this can be rectified by our team!
