try clearing the cookies in your browser as a first step

To Clear Cookies - Chrome (other browsers very similar)
1. In Chrome click on Settings in the menu (desktop - 3 dots top right, mobile - 3 dots bottom right)
2. Click Setting / Privacy & Security
3. Under Privacy & Security, click "Clear Browsing Data"- make sure "Cookies and other site data" is selected and the click clear data.
