In order to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check in Australia (formerly known as a National Police Check), you must provide:

- All names past & present – including maiden names, aliases or previous names,

- Birth date and birthplace details,

- gender information,

- 5 years of address history.

- 4 pieces of ID (see more on ID here)

To complete your 100% online police check with Worker Checks  you will need an email address and a mobile phone to register a Worker Checks account.

You will also require a credit card to pay for your check online.

We understand that the amount of information required to complete a Police Check can be complicated and confusing, so we are always happy to assist you in providing this information.

If you are ever unsure, simply contact our Australian Support Team at any time for further clarification – there is a chat bubble at the bottom right of this screen and every screen in the Worker Checks system.
